A great place for "new" old stuff in Dane County GOOD OL' STUFF - A great little resale shop in eastern Dane County, Wisconsin. This little shop is tucked away off of County BB (Cottage Grove Road) between Madison and Cottage Grove and is a GREAT find for folks looking for a bargain. The owner cleans out homes when people are moving and takes their "junk" to be resold. Most items are less than $2 each and every Saturday I manage to carry home a box of stuff to help redecorate my apartment for less than $10 -- mirrors, picture frames, bowling balls, jewelry, gift bags, you-name-it. This place is like a permanent garage sale! Where is it? Just east of Vilas Hope Road on Country Rd BB. I'll supply the exact address next week after I visit again. When is it open? Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 10:00 until 5:00ish. Some other days too. Show up on Saturday morning for the best finds...but not before I get there!
